About the Role

Channel Sales Specialist

This is an end-to-end role—from identifying and onboarding the right channel partners, to enabling them, and helping close deals with their clients.

Suited for target oriented individual contributors who are fully aware of prospecting->qualification->onboarding->training->sales enablement->relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential channel partners (HR consultants, IT resellers, system integrators, etc.) across India and other target markets
• Pitch the Enkept HRMS value proposition to build strategic partnerships
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement of partners
• Support partners in deal closures and post-sales handover
• Own partner success and revenue targets
• Share market and partner feedback to improve product-market fit and sales enablement
  

You'll Excel If You

• Have prior experience in

  channel sales

  or

  partner management

  for a SaaS or IT product
• Are a strong communicator who can influence and lead without authority
• Love building from scratch and thrive in fast-moving environments
• Understand B2B sales dynamics and are hands-on with CRM tools
• Can travel occasionally for key partner meetings or events
