Channel Sales Representative

As a Sales Executive Channel Partner Development at Nova in Delhi NCR, you will be responsible for expanding our retail network, developing dealer relationships, and ensuring strong Nova branding at point-of-sale locations. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting new retail counters, dealers, and shop owners across Delhi NCR, convincing partners to install Nova branding materials, ensuring retail counters are well-equipped with updated samples and promotional materials, conducting regular market visits, training shop staff on product features, and achieving monthly sales targets through channel partners. You will also be monitoring stock movement, order placements, and product feedback. To excel in this role, you must hold a Post Graduation degree, possess 7 to 8 years of experience in retail/channel sales (preferably in FMCG, building materials, home dcor), demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, have experience in branding execution at the store level, be field-oriented with knowledge of Delhi NCR markets, and exhibit excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Your success will be measured based on the number of new counters onboarded, sales growth from new and existing counters, the number of retail shops with Nova branding, and counter staff engagement and product awareness. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, and proficiency in the English language is required. You will be working in person at various locations in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Patna, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Jaipur, and Hyderabad.,
