Job Summary:

Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development & Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (dealers, distributors, resellers, retail partners, etc.).
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Ensure channel partners are equipped with adequate training, product knowledge, and marketing support.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track partner sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure partners adhere to companys policies, pricing strategies, and contractual agreements.
  • Manage claims, partner grievances, and dispute resolution.

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback through partners.
  • Share insights with internal teams for continuous product and process improvement.
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution and partner satisfaction.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical thinking with good reporting and data interpretation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple partners across geographies and drive performance
  • Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and sales reporting tools
  • Local market knowledge and language fluency (as needed)
