Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, developing and executing channel sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regularly meeting with partners, providing support to achieve sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery.

• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the tech or IT industry is a plus
