Job Description

Channel Sales Manager (Cloud)

Role:

Neon Cloud Private Limited***

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage resellers, MSPs, ISVs, and SIs
Drive partner-led revenue through deal registration, pipeline creation, and closures
Enable partners through product positioning, pricing, margins, and go-to-market support
Work closely with internal pre-sales, finance, and operations teams to close partner deals
Track partner performance, forecasts, and growth metrics

Mandatory Requirements

Strong understanding of channel distribution models, partner margins, and incentives
Exposure to cloud, data center, infra, or enterprise IT solutions
Proven ability to work with multiple partners at scale

Ideal Candidate Profile

Distributor-side seller who understands how partners think and buy
Strong network of active resellers, MSPs, ISVs, and system integrators
Commercially sharp, execution-focused, and relationship-driven
Experience competing against hyperscalers is a plus
