Role Overview

highly experienced and technically strong Channel Sales professional

project-based sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the

    channel sales network

    for LCAC products including

    Cassette, Ductable, Tower ACs, and Chillers

    .
  • Drive

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    for the region.
  • Manage

    project sales

    by working closely with

    contractors, HVAC consultants, architects, and MEP teams

    .
  • Provide

    technical pre-sales and post-sales support

    , including product selection, load calculations, and system recommendations.
  • Conduct

    dealer meetings, product demonstrations, technical trainings, and site visits

    .
  • Develop and execute

    regional sales strategies

    aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor

    market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product positioning

    .
  • Ensure smooth

    order execution, inventory planning, dispatch coordination, and collections

    .
  • Maintain accurate

    CRM updates, sales reports, forecasting, and pipeline tracking

    .
  • Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and institutional clients.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Experience & Expertise

  • 510 years of proven experience

    in the

    HVAC / Air Conditioning channel & project sales

    .
  • Strong and hands-on knowledge of:

    • Cassette AC systems

    • Ductable AC systems

    • Chillers (Air-cooled / Water-cooled)

  • Demonstrated experience in

    commercial and institutional HVAC projects

    .
  • Established relationships with

    dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and architects

    .
  • Strong

    technical understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and specifications

    .

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent

    technical sales and negotiation skills

    .
  • Ability to handle

    complex project discussions

    and client requirements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Willingness to

    travel extensively

    within the assigned region. .

Education

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering

    (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing)

    is an added advantage.
