Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven IT Channel Sales & Reseller Sales professional to build, manage, and
scale our partner ecosystem. The role focuses on onboarding new resellers, system integrators (SIs),
MSPs, IT consultants, and channel partners, driving revenue through indirect sales, and strengthening
long-term partner relationships.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hosting, cloud, SaaS, Microsoft 365, Google
Workspace, Zoho, VPS, and software solutions, with a strong understanding of channel sales strategy
and partner growth.
Key Responsibilities
Channel & Reseller Management
• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, resellers, SIs, MSPs, and IT consultants
• Develop and manage a reseller partner program (pricing, margins, incentives, targets)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue and retention
• Drive partner enablement through product training, demos, and sales support
Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly channel sales targets
• Drive revenue via Cloud Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace,
Zoho, SaaS & Software solutions
• Work closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to close deals
• Manage the complete partner sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
Strategy & Market Expansion
• Plan and execute channel expansion strategies across regions
• Identify new market opportunities through partners
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
• Support GTM strategies for new products and services
Reporting & Coordination
• Track partner performance, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and partner performance reports
• Coordinate with marketing teams for partner campaigns, webinars, and promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
• Proven experience in IT Channel Sales / Reseller Sales
• Strong understanding of Hosting, Cloud, SaaS, and Software solutions
• Experience selling Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, VPS, Cloud Servers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Web Hosting, Data Center, Managed Services, ISP or Cloud companies
• Existing reseller/channel partner network
• Knowledge of CRM tools and partner portals
• MBA / BBA / Graduate in IT, Business, or related field
