Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting solar modules through a robust distributor network

✅ Build and manage distributor relationships to ensure market penetration and secondary sales growth

✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence

✅ Stay on the ground—track competition, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Expertise in:

• Dealer/Distributor Management

• Solar industry knowledge

• B2B & B2C sales strategies

Good to have:

• Event management

• Retail marketing

• BTL activities

🎓 Qualification:

• B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering
