Role & responsibilities

Sales Management & Planning: - Execute Sales plan to achieve targeted volume and market share.

Responsible for studying & mapping market opportunity in each tonnage segment in the market and making a plan with product offerings.

Identifying prospective customers and converting

Solving customer issues & ensure repurchasing.

Monitor competition customers and achieve breakthrough in them.

Network Management: - Identify possible sub dealer/ dealer candidate and pass on to senior for evaluation and deployment activity.

Objective is to increase market share in overall Africa, South Asia and revenue to achieve Short term goal of market entry

New product Launches and Marketing Activities & Training of Channel Team

Start GENSET sales in East Africa, South Asia , by appointing suitable channel partner and monitoring monthly sales

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/B. tech With 5-7 Years of relevant experience

Export process & documentation

International Financial Payment system & knowledge of LCs
