UpGro Digital, a strategy-led digital marketing leader with a proven track record in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, is seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on one primary objective: activating our channel partner network to generate significant and sustainable sales revenue.


You will be the engine of our growth, empowered by the founders who will support you in establishing a pipeline of partners. Your expertise is not in cold acquisition, but in building deep relationships, enabling partners, and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans for each Channel Partner to maximize sales and market penetration across the GCC.
  • Partner Enablement & Training: Conduct training sessions, provide advanced sales support, and equip partners with the tools and knowledge to confidently sell UpGro's "strategy-led" digital solutions.
  • Joint Sales Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with partners on lead pursuit, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Performance Management: Take full ownership of the channel's P&L. Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement initiatives to ensure partners meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for partners, building strong, trust-based relationships that ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.


Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • You have 3+ years of proven experience in channel sales, partner account management, or a similar role where your primary duty was driving revenue through third-party partners.
  • You possess a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas specifically via a channel network.
  • You have hands-on experience working with partners or clients in the GCC market and understand the business culture.
  • You are a strong presenter, negotiator, and relationship-builder, capable of training and influencing partner teams.
  • You are data-driven, results-oriented, and thrive in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • You are based in Kerala and fluent in Malayalam for seamless collaboration with our core team.
