Job Overview:

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to drive property sales in Bangalore and surrounding markets. The role involves expanding the channel partner network, training and motivating them, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and positioning the companys projects as the preferred choice in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard, engage, and retain channel partners, brokers, and agents.
  • Drive channel partner sales performance to meet and exceed project-specific and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and site visits to improve partner engagement and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement partner incentive programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow and conversions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track and report partner performance, sales pipelines, and conversion ratios to management.
  • Ensure partners adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and agents in the Bangalore real estate market.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and influence partners to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven success in managing broker networks and delivering sales growth.
  • Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a must.
