Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Experience Required: 2-4 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth and manage key client portfolios in real estate. Key Responsibilities: Identify and close new property sales opportunities Manage and expand relationships with key clients Lead property presentations, negotiations, and proposal development Consistently achieve sales targets Provide market insights and feedback to marketing and product teams Mentor junior sales team members Monitor competitor activities and real estate market trends Maintain CRM and sales records accurately Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 24 years’ sales experience in real estate Proven track record of meeting sales targets Strong client management and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Willing to travel as required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + performance incentives Travel/communication allowances Health insurance and other company benefits Career growth opportunities
