Role Summary

Channel Growth Partner

This role is for someone who thrives in field sales, understands the dynamics of B2B channels, and is passionate about delivering enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions that actually solve real-world pain points.

You’ll be on the ground, building alliances, delivering value, and unlocking revenue opportunities through the channel, not just managing partners, but empowering them.


What You'll Do

Channel Strategy & Engagement What You'll Do

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners in the Delhi NCR region.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with resellers, VARs, and distributors.
  • Guide partners on Seceon’s value proposition, product stack, and incentive models.

Field Execution & Business Development

  • Regular in-person visits to partner offices and client meetings.
  • Drive demand-gen activities, workshops, and co-branded initiatives with key partners.
  • Support partners in pre-sales conversations, customer demos, and deal closures.

Sales Enablement & Coordination

  • Track regional funnel, partner performance, and deal progression.
  • Coordinate with internal sales engineers and product teams for technical support.
  • Share timely reports, market insights, and competitor activity from the field.


Who You Are

  • You have

    3–6 years of experience

    in

    channel sales

    , preferably in

    IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure products

    .
  • You understand

    partner dynamics, field sales cycles, and enterprise buying behavior

    .
  • You enjoy being

    out in the field

    , speaking to decision-makers, and making things happen.
  • You’re structured, articulate, and highly accountable.
  • You’re fluent in

    English and Hindi

    , and comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Preferred Skills

  • Background in working with

    reseller ecosystems, MSSPs, or regional SIs

    .
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like

    HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM

    .
  • Previous experience in

    cybersecurity or cloud-based enterprise solutions

    is a strong plus.
