Job Description

Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+

Industry : Real-estate

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a channel sales strategy for Luxury and Premium project segments.
Create and implement an annual Channel Partner Plan aligned with business goals, focusing on key initiatives, events, engagement, and budgets.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and train new partners while improving performance of existing ones.
Drive inventory movement during project pre-launches and launches through channel partners.
Monitor partner performance, address sales challenges, and implement corrective actions.
Focus on nurturing top-performing and high-potential partners.
Establish smooth onboarding processes and operational procedures with internal teams.
Ensure prompt responses to customer and partner queries and complaints.
Continuously expand the channel network and maintain regular engagement and updates with partners
