Channel Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to drive channel development and sales for our range of door awnings, PVC doors, and window products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales within the building materials, hardware, or fenestration industry, and should be fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Key Responsibilities:   Identify, appoint, and develop channel partners, dealers, and distributors for windows, doors, and awnings.   Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive consistent sales.   Develop region-wise channel sales strategies and implementation plans.   Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through channel partners.   Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.   Provide training, product knowledge, and support to channel partners.   Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and customer service. Requirements:   Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales of building materials, especially windows, PVC doors, or hardware.   Proven track record of expanding dealer networks and achieving sales targets.   Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.   Willingness to travel extensively for partner development and site visits.
