Role Description:

The Channel Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities through channel partners and providing technical support to clients. You’ll work closely with the sales and technical teams to promote our products, assist partners with demos, and build strong business relationships across the telecom/networking hardware industry. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with partners, addressing customer inquiries, delivering technical demonstrations, and ensuring seamless client support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.


Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide technical solutions and support for clients
  • Strong skills in Sales, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow partner relationships
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Previous experience in channel sales or telecom-related projects is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced work environment


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support channel partners / Distributor in understanding product features and technical specifications.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and basic training sessions for partners.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Learn and understand market trends, competitor offerings, and partner needs.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve partner or customer queries.
  • Help sales teams in achieving channel growth and sales targets
