work location - remote (West Bengal,jharkhand,odisha)experience - 1-3 years - senior executive 2-5 years - Asst Manager Criteria Graduate/Postgraduate with exposure to higher education, EdTech, or service-led B2B/B2C sales ecosystems.1–5 years of relevant experience in channel sales, partner acquisition, or education consulting networks.Proven capability in onboarding and managing channel partners with clear revenue ownership.Strong working knowledge of online degree programs, admission cycles, and regulatory frameworks (UGC/DEB preferred).Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in CRM usage, MIS reporting, and funnel management.High stakeholder management quotient with effective communication and negotiation skills.Execution-focused, target-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment.Willingness to travel and drive on-ground partner activation as per business priorities.job profile - Key Responsibilities:Onboard, manage, and scale channel partners, education consultants, and EdTech alliances across assigned geographies.Own partner lifecycle management, including training, enablement, target setting, and performance governance.Drive lead conversion through partners by ensuring adherence to SOPs, CRM hygiene, and enrollment timelines.Act as the single point of contact for partners on admissions, commercial terms, incentives, and issue resolution.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Admissions, Finance, and Academics to ensure seamless partner operations.Track KPIs, MIS, and funnel metrics; deliver weekly/monthly performance dashboards and forecasts.Ensure brand compliance, regulatory adherence (UGC/DEB norms), and ethical selling practices across channels.Support market expansion initiatives, partner audits, and on-ground activation where required.www.onlineaju.ac.in
