Job Description

Job Title: Techno-Commercial Assistant/ Deputy Manager Waterproofing (Building Material)

Location: Delhi/ Haryana
Job Type: Full-time

Identify and develop new business opportunities for waterproofing and construction material products.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients, architects, and consultants.
Handle project sales by coordinating with project managers, procurement heads, and applicators.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders as per client requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure correct product specifications and site application.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation of sales records.
Provide feedback to the product and R&D team for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, construction chemicals, and building material applications.
Good understanding of project-based sales and B2B marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
Strong networking with architects, consultants, and builders.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA in Marketing (preferred).
28 years of experience in techno-commercial sales of waterproofing or construction material industry.
