4. Awareness of Competition Network movement 5. Review the progress of channel expansion actions state-wise with respective RM/ZH
6. Readiness of channel partners as per Corporate Identity norms of Infra / Manpower / systems etc
7. Ensuring manpower adherence & adequacy at new dealerships 8. Channel Readiness for any upcoming new product launch
9. Rollout of performance-based reward programs with periodic evaluations & scoring 10. Delivering Innovation & Customer Experience which will help enhance brand Mahindra
