Selection of dealer to ensure best in class customer experience
Regular audit to ensure upkeep and maintenance of display and showroom
Upgrade display and showroom as and when required
Calling on online CC leads for dealership enquiries
Maintain all calling records with dedicated remarks and follow-up.
Should be able to understand the organisation requirements relating to expansion on dealers where and when
Work with sales team and supporting teams for getting the right track of delivering the quality leads
Arrange trainings for DSE and keeping close contact with all the DSE's for any kind of requirements and training
Sending email to all the stakeholders regarding all the updates and ongoing activities
Support department head in implementing key learnings and initiatives

Showroom execution within the stipulated timeline & Budget
- Planning, monitoring & course correction when required.
