Job Description

As a Channel Account Manager at Exabeam, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by recruiting, nurturing strategic relationships, and managing both new and existing channel partners. Your responsibilities will include owning the partner sales strategy and its execution in the India region, working closely with the field sales team to accelerate partner-sourced pipeline, managing relationships with regional/named partners, and aligning them with Exabeam counterparts. You will lead partner recruitment, enablement, and field engagement activities, track partner performance, identify trends and opportunities, and drive strategies to maximize benefits for all parties involved. To excel in this role, you should have a university degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience (including channel/field/inside sales) with at least 3 years in the security software industry. You must demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong partner relationships in the Indian region. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of technical concepts, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, and a high level of professionalism with attention to detail. Comfort with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, strong business acumen, confidence, proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time are essential for this role.
