Neerinfo Solutions is a leading executive search firm providing services to leading IT services, Manufacturing, Captives, and BFS companies. Our client, a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company, is currently seeking a Transformation Change Manager for their team in either Bengaluru or Gurgaon. This is a permanent position at the Manager level, requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience. As the Transformation Change Manager, you will be responsible for strategic change management, organizational transformation, organization development, operating model design, change strategy development, leadership alignment, and people and process change. Your role will involve supporting the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs, developing creative strategies and tools during implementation, and setting the direction for defining components of the change strategy. You will collaborate with Corporate Functions including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing Communications, and Workplace Solutions to drive transformational change initiatives. As part of a global professional services company, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, grow your career, and gain leadership exposure. In this role, you will support all change management initiatives by creating and executing a comprehensive strategy customized for the company's operations globally. You will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring change management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders will be essential to ensure alignment on change initiatives.
