Responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration chambers (cold rooms, blast freezers, ripening chambers, etc.). Ensures optimal temperature control, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine service, maintenance, and repairs of refrigeration chambers (cold rooms, blast freezers, CA chambers, ripening chambers).
Monitor temperature & humidity parameters to maintain product quality.
Maintain service logs, reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in installation & commissioning of new refrigeration chambers.
Coordinate with clients and supervisors regarding service schedules and breakdown updates.
Good knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC, and chamber service.
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Electrical.
