IT Engineer Third Party

• Maintain IT infrastructure including server, PCs, peripherals and network
• Manage IT hardware and software assets
• Support future changes and/or improvement in areas of infrastructure
• Ensure standard system security and availability
• Comply to IT policy and standard procedures
• Coordinate the business application support
• Participate in future projects where IT contributions required

Key Deliverables:

• Configure hardware, operating system and desktop applications
• Quickly respond to support requests
• Troubleshoot and solve system and infrastructure problems
• Apply infrastructure changes when needed
• Maintain Active Directory user accounts
• Manage software deployment and security patching
• Timely refresh IT hardware
• Monitor and ensure well-being of IT environment
• SAP Application Installations & configuration on Desktops
• Co-ordinate with vendors for IT Related issues
• Have good sound knowledge on CCTV cameras
• MFP installation on end users.

Requested knowledge and educational background:

• Bachelors Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Proactive and service oriented, self-motivated and ability to work under tight schedule
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication in English
• Familiar with manufacturing working environment

Requested professional capability (areas and years of experience):

• At least 2-5 years working experience in desktop infrastructure and Microsoft Windows Environment, Helpdesk support.
• Experience in installing and supporting the following systems Windows 7, Windows 10 Windows Server 2012, Windows server 2016 operating systems, Office 365 and Microsoft Office (2010, 2013, 2016) and Symantec Backup Exec
• Experience in virtualization and storage (e.g., VMware, EMC storage, SharePoint and Box)
• Experience in enterprise network support
• Experience in file server configurations
• Experience in SAP basic Support
• Experience using a remote access tool to support end users and systems
