Salary : 8 to 10 LPA Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for projects, ensuring business objectives are effectively translated into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews. Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), FSD (Functional Specification Document), and User Stories. Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met. Prepare process flows, wireframes, and data models where necessary. Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support project documentation and knowledge management activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or similar. Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good To Have Exposure to SQL for data analysis. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Domain knowledge in IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or E-commerce. (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
