Job Description

Role Overview


We are building a dedicated Certification Team to manage the end-to-end certification lifecycle for ecosystem participants onboarding onto a large-scale EV Charging Network.


Certification & Onboarding Specialist


This role requires a strong process-oriented mindset, hands-on experience with testing, log analysis, and integrations, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders in parallel.


Key Responsibilities


Certification & Onboarding Management

• Act as the SPOC for ecosystem entities undergoing certification.

• Guide participants through the end-to-end certification journey, from onboarding to production readiness.

• Manage multiple certifications in parallel while adhering to defined SLAs and timelines.

Environment & Testing Oversight

• Manage certification environments, test setups, and simulators.

• Coordinate access, credentials, and readiness checks for certification environments.

• Support entities during testing and certification cycles with hands-on guidance.


Validation & Production Readiness

• Review and validate API logs, transaction logs, and test results.

• Ensure compliance with certification criteria, technical specifications, and governance standards.

• Approve production readiness and recommend final sign-off for go-live.


Governance, Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain certification documentation, checklists, and audit trails.

• Track certification status, issues, dependencies, and risks.

• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and management updates.

• Ensure adherence to certification frameworks, policies, and operating procedures.


Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal technology, platform, and operations teams.

• Engage with external ecosystem partners, vendors, and participants.

• Clearly communicate expectations, timelines, gaps, and next steps.


Required Skills & Experience


Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of certification frameworks, onboarding processes, and lifecycle management.

• Prior experience in QA, Testing, or Certification roles.

• Hands-on exposure to API testing, log analysis, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with payments, fintech, EV networks, or network-based platforms is highly preferred.

• Understanding of UAT, certification sign-offs, and production deployment readiness.


Soft Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple certifications simultaneously without compromising quality.

• Problem-solving mindset with proactive follow-ups.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in certification, QA, onboarding, or ecosystem integration roles (flexible based on skill fit).
