Certification Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell global certification programs like **CEH, CHFI, CISA, CISM, OSCP, CISSP**, and related courses to individual and corporate clients.

- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online channels.

- Identify learners’ training needs, recommend suitable programs, and ensure a smooth enrollment process.

- Convert leads into sales while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

- Stay updated on certification exam changes, eligibility, and training trends in the cybersecurity industry.

- Represent the company at webinars, corporate presentations, and industry events when needed.
