Role Overview :

As the Centre Manager for Jaipur, you will lead the Offline Learning Centre’s overall performance—sales, operations, and learner success. You will run the centre like an independent business unit: driving admissions, building a strong team, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an excellent learner experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive centre admissions, revenue, and overall performance.
• Lead and mentor counsellors, telecallers, and faculty to achieve targets.
• Monitor centre KPIs—enrolments, conversions, revenue, satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Implement local marketing strategies to increase walk-ins and visibility.
• Ensure high learner satisfaction, retention, and referral rates.
• Maintain compliance, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Act as the communication bridge between learners, staff, and central teams.

Skills & Experience :

• Graduate/Postgraduate with

  3+ years

  of sales or centre management experience (EdTech preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver revenue and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work with targets.
