Centre Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Centre Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our centres. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period, after which, based on performance, she will be confirmed as a permanent staff member.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day centre operations.
• Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Supervise and guide centre staff to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain attendance, task schedules, and overall discipline.
• Ensure the centre environment is neat, welcoming, and well-organised.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and support basic administration.
• Coordinate with management regarding daily updates, promotions, and targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
• Make sure all activities adhere to company policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, administration, or centre management is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and multitasking ability.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
