Centre Lead, Senior Manager - Record to Return (RTR) - Finance Transformation

You will be leading the change in the Record to Return (RTR) function as the Centre Lead, Senior Manager within the Finance Transformation team of Booking Holdings. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Partner with the Global Business Services (GBS) RTR Director to drive the Global Finance Transformation Agenda, incorporating new ways of working, digital tools, and automation. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of RTR operations, including the close process, and provide support for statutory and US audits. - Manage the transition of new processes into the COE, ensuring smooth onboarding and stabilization. - Drive process harmonization, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and improve KPIs globally. - Utilize technology such as SAP, Blackline, RPA, AI/ML to innovate RTR delivery and develop top-notch solutions. - Act as a business partner to global stakeholders by offering insights, foresight, and governance beyond transactional support. - Coach and develop a team of people managers to lead with agility, resilience, and a transformation mindset. - Serve as the final escalation point for complex accounting challenges, ensuring globally aligned resolutions.
