About the Role

MITS Academy is looking for a proactive and skilled Centre Head to lead and manage our Jalandhar centre. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and delivering an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Centre Operations

• Oversee daily functioning of the centre.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a professional environment.
• Ensure classes, counselling, and student services run smoothly.
• Handle vendor coordination, inventory, and centre maintenance.

2. Team Management

• Supervise counsellors, trainers, and support staff.
• Conduct daily/weekly meetings and monitor performance.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
• Ensure targets and KPIs are achieved by the team.

3. Sales & Admissions

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Guide counsellors to improve lead conversions.
• Handle walk-ins, enquiries, and close admissions when required.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase footfall.

4. Student Experience

• Ensure a smooth journey for every student—from enquiry to course completion.
• Address student concerns, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with trainers to maintain class quality and schedules.

5. Reporting & Administration

• Maintain attendance, admissions, fee records, and MIS reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Coordinate regularly with senior management for updates and approvals.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of sales and counselling processes.
• Problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in the education or training industry preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations, counselling, or centre management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
