Job Description:

The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the kindergarten centre.This includes Admission counelling,academic leadership,staff supervision,operations management,ensuring a safe,nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Admission counselling:

To assist parents and guardians in understanding our kindergarten program, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth transition for their child into our school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with families.

2.Academic & Curriculum Management:

Oversee the implementation of the prescribed curriculum and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

Monitor lesson planning, classroom activities, and learning outcomes.Ensure age-appropriate teaching strategies are used for holistic development.Organize training and development programs for teachers.

3. Staff Management:

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Address staff issues and resolve conflicts promptly.Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

4. Centre Operations:

Ensure the centre complies with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.Manage day-to-day operations including admissions, parent communications, and maintenance.Maintain records related to children, staff, and centre functioning.Handle budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.

5. Parent & Community Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication, meetings, and events.Address parental concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Organize and promote centre events, celebrations, and workshops.

6. Child Welfare & Development:

Ensure each child’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs are met.Monitor children's progress and development, and intervene when necessary.Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten education, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passionate about early childhood development.

Familiarity with modern teaching practices and child-centric methodologies.

Working Conditions:

Full-time role, generally during school hours, with occasional events or meetings after hours.

The role requires a hands-on approach and presence in the classrooms as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
