Conversion Specialist Admissions

Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion

• Engage with qualified leads passed by the inquiry team or generated through marketing.
• Maintain timely and meaningful follow-ups to move leads through the admissions pipeline.
• Guide families through the end-to-end enrolment process with clarity and support.

Parent Counselling

• Conduct in-person/virtual meetings and school tours for prospective parents.
• Listen empathetically to parent concerns and align their needs with what the centre offers.
• Communicate program highlights such as curriculum, teaching philosophy, safety, routines, and staff quality.

Objection Handling

• Confidently address common concerns (e.g., distance, fees, curriculum comparisons).
• Collaborate with leadership to offer flexible solutions where possible (e.g., alternate days, trial classes).

Create Urgency & Drive Decisions

• Use real-time data (e.g., limited seats, term start dates) to create urgency and prompt action.
• Offer structured follow-up timelines and send reminders with value-based messaging.

Tracking & Documentation

• Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, status updates, and outcomes in CRM or tracker sheets.
• Share weekly reports on conversion rates, common objections, and suggestions for improvement.

Key Requirements: Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: marketing, communication, education)

Experience:

• 2–5 years in sales, admissions, customer support, or counselling roles
• Experience in preschool, school, or EdTech sector is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
