Nursery Teacher

As a Nursery Teacher at our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the growth and development of young children. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing & Delivering Lessons: You will be responsible for planning and implementing fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate lessons that align with early learning standards and promote holistic development. - Managing Classroom Environment: Creating a safe, welcoming, and structured space that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. - Engaging & Inspiring: Using interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, play, arts, and group activities to engage students. - Monitoring Progress: Observing and assessing children's development regularly, adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs. - Supporting Individual Needs: Recognizing and addressing unique challenges and providing tailored support to help every child thrive. - Communicating with Families: Maintaining ongoing, transparent communication with parents and guardians about their child's progress and classroom happenings. - Collaborating with Team: Working closely with colleagues and leadership to share best practices and contribute to a positive school culture. - Maintaining Classroom Resources: Organizing and caring for learning materials and ensuring the classroom remains inviting and orderly. - Ensuring Safety: Following all safety protocols and emergency procedures to create a secure learning environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. - Experience working with young children, preferably in a classroom or preschool setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging learning experiences. - Patience, kindness, and a genuine passion for early childhood education. - Comfortable using educational technologies and digital resources. In addition to the above, this is a full-time, permanent position requiring proficiency in English and an in-person work location.,
