Central Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities :

Daily Operations Monitoring:

• Track and report daily performance metrics of the electric bus fleet, including trip timings, vehicle availability, and service issues.

Charging & Maintenance Oversight:

• Monitor EV charging stations, port availability, and charging time to ensure schedule adherence and operational efficiency.

Fleet Condition Checks:

• Ensure buses meet cleanliness and maintenance standards. Conduct random inspections to assess vehicle readiness and passenger comfort.

Coordination with Operators:

• Liaise with depot managers, drivers, and third-party operators to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

Support Incident Management:

• Assist in on-ground troubleshooting in case of operational disruptions or vehicle breakdowns.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in operations, preferably in transportation, logistics, EV, or related sectors
• Strong analytical and observational skills
• Willingness to travel within Delhi-NCR for operational oversight
• Basic knowledge of EV infrastructure (charging ports, battery behavior, etc.) is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other tracking tools
• Effective communication and coordination skills
