Job Description

The center manager will be reporting to the Managing Director on all the below functions.

Sales

 In charge of the profit center,

 Achieve the Center sales targets through effective management of the sales team.

Initiate sales-skill development sessions, maintain proper feedback and reporting

systems, empower and motivate the team with new strategies to deal with varying

market scenarios.

 Responsible for the planning, recruiting, directing, organizing and controlling the sales

team to accomplish sales targets.


 Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies

 To source data from different educational institutions to support sales.

 To do competitor analysis to bring in new sales ideas and strategies.

 To address escalations from customers and maintain Good Customer Relationship.

Marketing

 Assistance to the Management team in developing Annual Marketing Plan.

 Coordination of marketing activities with marketing manager.

 Sending marketing requirements to the management on a regular basis.

 Responsible for all marketing activities conducted in the area/branch.


Team Management


 In charge of maintaining good employee relations in the branch; - acknowledge, appreciate

and recognize their good work, commitment or success,

 To address the team’s areas of improvement, need for training or motivation and grievances

 Consistent monitoring of individual performance to check and improve service quality.

 Resource planning and support to the recruitment team with local support in hiring.


Operations.

 Quality check on pre-sales and post-sales experience of customers by conducting a regular

check on customer interactions made by each representative in the Branch and work on

customer reviews.

 Responsible for all internal and external training activities .

 Responsible for the quality and effectiveness of training programs conducted by the Branch

 Smooth run of the operations in the branch through proper planning and pro-active steps.

Office Administration

 Responsible for overall office management, supervision and maintenance of office resources

including hardware and software.

 Directly responsible for the discipline and efficiency of the staff.

 Reporting resource requirements forecasts (hardware/software/human) in advance.

 Conduct Weekly meetings with Staff Members and send reports to management

 Other administrative responsibilities in connection with the premises.

 Operational performance reporting

 Streamlining of processes and systems wherever possible

 Processes and procedures as required by various certification bodies
