Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager based in Kozhikode. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality training delivery, and maintain relationships with students and industry partners. Responsibilities include scheduling classes, identifying improvement areas, handling administrative duties, monitoring placement activities, and ensuring compliance with training standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management and operational oversight
• Familiarity with software training and emerging technologies
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to handle student relationships and monitor placement activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, or a related field
• Previous experience in an educational or training institution is a plus
