Location: Gaur City 1 / Gaur City 2, Greater Noida, or Crossing Republik Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role in the education sector Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Education / Preschool / Daycare ⸻ About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and experienced Center Head & Admission Counselor to lead and manage the daily operations of our school and daycare center. This role demands a proactive leader who can handle the branch independently while also serving as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and prospective clients. The ideal candidate is polished in communication, capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently, and experienced in both admissions counseling and school administration. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Center Management: • Oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of the school and daycare. • Coordinate effectively with teachers, staff, and support teams to ensure smooth operations. • Take ownership of organizing and executing events within and outside the school premises. • Resolve staff-related concerns professionally and independently. Parent Engagement & Admissions: • Serve as the first point of contact for all parent interactions (walk-ins, calls, emails). • Address parent queries and concerns promptly, clearly, and empathetically. • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions by presenting the school’s offerings confidently and convincingly. • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective parents. ⸻ Who We’re Looking For • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Center Head, Admission Counselor, or similar role in a school. • Leadership: Ability to lead independently, take initiative, and think on your feet. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor. • Problem-Solving: Capable of handling parent and staff concerns with maturity and minimal supervision. • Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Gaur City 1 / Gaur City 2 (Greater Noida) or Crossing Republik. ⸻ Preferred Attributes • Confident and proactive approach to work • Passionate about early childhood education • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Committed to creating a positive school environment ⸻ If you are a motivated, responsible, and experienced professional ready to take ownership of an entire center, we welcome your application!
