As an Operations Associate at our office in Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore, you will play a crucial role in various initiatives such as Preschool, Library, Digital Services, and more. We will provide comprehensive training and support during the initial months to ensure your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include daily general management tasks, interacting with students, parents, and teachers, assisting the Director/Principal for enhancing user experiences, managing social media accounts for businesses (Facebook, Instagram, Google, videos, photos), basic computer skills, overseeing classes in the absence of the lead teacher, maintaining hygiene standards, presenting yourself professionally, communicating effectively in English, managing office calls and conversations, tracking staff attendance, monitoring inventory, participating in marketing initiatives and events, suggesting creative arts and crafts ideas, and establishing streamlined processes for the staff. This full-time position requires you to work from 9 am to 7 pm, six days a week, with 75+ paid holidays that include Sundays and public holidays.
