Currently, Naandi focuses on four major verticals - safe drinking water, academic support to underprivileged school-going girls, upskilling for unemployed youth and working with small farmers to provide end-to-end support on regenerative agriculture.

The CSR Youth Skilling Program by Naandi offers a unique mix of new-age skills to bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations. By imparting critical skills to the youth, the program also boosts their employability. The program has its presence in every corner of the country touching 19 states over the last four years, empowering more than 500,000 youth from various backgrounds. It is touted to become India’s most popular skilling program in the next decade.

Minimum Eligibility Requirement

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Education, Management, Social Work, or related fields)
• MBA / Postgraduate degree is an added advantage
• 5+ years of experience in managing training centres, skilling programs, or educational institutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations of the training centre.
• Supervise trainers, coordinators, and support staff.
• Mobilize students by connecting with local colleges, communities, and other sources.
• Study the local market and deploy new courses based on demand.
• Handle enrolment, attendance, student support, and daily activities.
• Maintain training quality and ensure completion of courses as per schedule.
• Achieve training and placement targets set for the centre.
• Prepare and share reports with management regularly.
• Maintain infrastructure, systems, and ensure a smooth learning environment.
• Manage student feedback, grievances, and ensure quick resolution.
• Represent the centre professionally in local events and activities.
• Have good geographical knowledge of Chennai for effective student mobilization.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• Good experience in student mobilization activities
• Ability to study and launch new courses based on local needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, with strong organizational abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
• Familiarity with Chennai's educational and community landscape

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
