JG International School is seeking a Centre Head to lead its upcoming expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Administration:

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a smooth, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and school policies.
• Manage admissions, enrolment targets, and student records in coordination with the management team.

Academic Oversight:

• Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum based on developmentally appropriate practices, brain-based learning, and integrated thematic teaching.
• Regularly observe classrooms, provide academic support, and maintain quality of teaching.

Parent and Community Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and open feedback systems.
• Address parent queries, concerns, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Events and Enrichment:

• Plan and oversee school events, celebrations, annual functions, field trips, and co-curricular activities.

English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Diploma/Certification in Preschool or Montessori education (preferred)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a preschool, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or coordinator role
