Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Panipat for a C++ and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for planning and conducting interactive technical training sessions for students or professionals at various skill levels. Duties include creating and delivering well-structured content, assessing student performance through evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated with the latest trends in programming and software development. Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensuring high-quality engagement in the learning process is also part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in C++ programming, including advanced concepts
Comprehensive understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and their practical implementations
Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and conducting technical training sessions
Effective communication, presentation, and mentorship skills
Adaptability to address diverse learner needs and skill levels
Familiarity with industry tools such as IDEs, debuggers, and version control systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator is preferred
