Job Title: Data Analyst – CDP Specialist (0–2 Years Experience)

About the Role

Data Analyst – CDP Specialist

You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to support audience segmentation, data validation, and insights generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in

    audience segmentation

    and customer data analysis within CDP tools.
  • Conduct

    data validation, hygiene checks, and quality monitoring

    across datasets.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel.
  • Work with large datasets and support basic data processing tasks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to assist with CDP operations.
  • Support troubleshooting and documentation of data-related issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery of analysis and reports during the night shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years

    of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in

    SQL

    (must).
  • Good working knowledge of

    Excel

    (functions, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Ability to work with

    big data

    and large datasets.
  • Basic understanding of

    marketing data, customer journeys, and MarTech tools

    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work in

    night shift

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to CDP platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Segment, ActionIQ, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo, SFMC)
  • Experience with reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)
