About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and work with

  MarTech tools

  used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the

  customer data lifecycle

  —collection, validation, preparation, and management.
• Apply

  SQL fundamentals

  for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
• Perform

  data research

  to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
• Conduct

  data analysis

  to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop

  dashboards and data visualizations

  (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to communicate insights effectively.
• Support

  data integration projects

  with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
• Collaborate with

  global teams across time zones

  , handling communication and deliverables professionally.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to

  problem-solving

  , continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of

  SQL

  .
• Familiarity with

  MarTech platforms

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Understanding of

  data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  data visualization tools

  (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Awareness of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
