About the Role

CDP Analyst / Business Analyst


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete

    Treasure Data CDP

    operations — setup, configuration, workflow creation, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain

    audience segments

    ,

    data workflows

    , and

    automations

    within CDP.
  • Ensure end-to-end

    client management

    , including requirement gathering, implementation, reporting, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders — Marketing, BI, CRM, and Tech teams — to enable seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, schema integrity, and system performance.
  • Build and automate

    reporting dashboards

    and campaign performance reports.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations using CDP data and analytics.
  • Present analytical findings and business updates to clients in a clear and effective manner.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    2 years of hands-on experience

    in

    Treasure Data CDP

    (or similar Customer Data Platforms).
  • Strong working knowledge of

    SQL

    ,

    data modeling

    , and

    schema design

    .
  • Proficiency in

    reporting

    ,

    Excel

    , and

    data visualization tools

    (e.g., Power BI, Tableau preferred).
  • Strong understanding of

    data management

    ,

    audience segmentation

    , and

    marketing automation workflows

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and presentation skills

    with the ability to engage and manage clients independently.
  • Proven experience in

    client handling

    and delivering analytical solutions end-to-end.
  • Experience in the

    Automobile industry

    or familiarity with automotive data models is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
