Night Shift CCTV & Security Operator (Male Candidates Only) Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an alert, energetic, and dedicated Male Night Shift CCTV & Security Operator to join our team in Madhapur immediately. The primary responsibility is to maintain a high level of security by continuously monitoring surveillance systems and providing prompt, accurate reporting of all activities and incidents during the overnight hours. Key Responsibilities CCTV & Monitoring Operations Continuous Observation: Actively and vigilantly monitor multiple CCTV camera feeds to detect and identify any suspicious activity, security breaches, or unusual occurrences on the premises. Incident Reporting: Prepare clear, comprehensive, and accurate daily reports and incident logs detailing all observations made during the shift. Evidence Handling: Ensure all relevant CCTV footage is properly recorded, cataloged, and stored for future review and use as evidence. Equipment Checks: Conduct routine checks to ensure all CCTV and other security equipment (e.g., control panel, recording systems) are functioning correctly and report any technical faults immediately. Communication & Administration Clear Communication: Communicate effectively and fluently in Telugu with on-site security personnel, management, and relevant authorities (if necessary) to coordinate a swift response to incidents. Basic Documentation: Draft and send basic professional emails for shift handovers, incident summaries, and general communication with supervisors. Log Maintenance: Maintain an accurate digital and/or physical logbook of all shift activities, visitor movements, and key handovers. Required Skills & Qualifications Gender: Male candidates only may apply. (Note: This is an employer-specified requirement.) Communication: Fluent verbal communication in Telugu is mandatory. Energy & Focus: Must be energetic, highly alert, and able to maintain focus and vigilance throughout the entire night shift (9 PM to 6 AM). Technical: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email drafting, data entry) is required. Experience: Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or a security-related field is preferred but not essential.
