Job Description

Responsibilities Review arrival lists to welcome customers Attend to special / premium customer (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries. Provide information about products and promote sales Anticipate customer needs and build rapport with customers Offer assistance with certain tasks Address customer complaints and escalate to Store Manager and ASM Record information in the logbook daily Ensure compliance with health and quality standards Requirements and skills Familiarity with hospitality industry standards Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Computer literacy customer-oriented and professional attitude An outgoing personality Outstanding communication abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills
