We are looking for a Supervising Associate Analyst Relations Operations Coordinator, who will be responsible for performing the activities mainly related to Analyst Relations (AR) operations management and partly project coordination. As part of the AR team, you will coordinate with consistent, high-quality services to key stakeholders across verticals / business segments. Your key responsibilities Issue ResolutionPromptly address operational issues to maintain service excellence and optimize client satisfaction. Understand client needs and ensure that operations align with delivering value to clients. Relationship ManagementCollaborate with key stakeholders and specialist areas to ensure tasks are delivered within agreed timeframes. Cross-Departmental CollaborationFacilitate collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and ensure client-focused outcomes. Process OptimizationAnalyze and improve business processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Data Analysis & Data ManagementProficiently analyze data to make informed decisions and improve operational performance. Execute data cleansing, update project forms, and manage project asset updates Deployment ActivitiesOrchestrate deployment activities for various projects. Workflow OperationsManage shared mailboxes and oversee ticketing items. Budget ManagementContribute to budget planning, report preparation, and expense monitoring. Project ManagementAssist in planning, executing, and closing projects, including resource allocation and timeline management. Procurement SupportSupport the procurement process from requisitions to purchase orders and invoice processing. Risk ManagementPromptly identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. Web ManagementManage and update EY.com web pages, collaborating with the EY.com team to enhance web presence. DocumentationFormat presentations and decks, and handle SCORE submissions. Event SupportProvide analyst briefing books, conduct surveys, generate event reports, and support webcast operations. Meeting CoordinationDraft and publish meeting minutes and engage in research activities. Leadership

To qualify for the role, you must have Overall 8-10 years of experience; 4-5 years of relevant experience Bachelors degree or masters degree Flexibility to support UK/US time zone Experience working with global clients Ideally, youll also have Practical experience of working in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint, OneDrive Experience in building ey.com pages preferred. Knowledge in Project Management concepts and methodologies Good understanding of brand, marketing, and communications Aptitude and willingness to continually expand your core skillset, including GenAI readiness Technologies and Tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) Hands on experience with Modern SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft OneDrive, ChatGPT/Co-Pilot Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira, What we look for Self-motivated individuals with strong desire to learn/expand their knowledge/skills/experiences which fit into changing business environments.
