We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our Food Business division at CavinKare Retail. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and product launches within the CKs bakery

Brand & Campaign Management

• Plan, develop, and execute brand marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms to enhance visibility and market share
• Work with creative and media agencies to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
• Assist in developing creative communication strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Product Launch & Positioning

• Coordinate the end-to-end launch process for new products from concept development, packaging design, pricing, to launch execution
• Collaborate with the NPD (New Product Development) and sales teams to ensure timely market rollouts.
• Identify new opportunities for category expansion based on consumer insights and trends

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research, consumer surveys, and competitor analysis to understand brand performance and market dynamics.
• Track performance of campaigns and evaluate ROI to optimize future strategies

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Support the development and execution of digital campaigns to increase online engagement and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with digital agencies for content creation, influencer collaborations, and campaign performance tracking

DESIRED CANDIDATE’S CHARACTERISTICS:

• Should have 2-4 years of Marketing experience
• Should be from B2C Industry – FMCG, FMCG Retail, Fashion Retail, Services Retail
• Should have Hands-on digital marketing experience
• Should have Good Microsoft Excel proficiency
