Role Overview:

Catering Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for weddings, private events, and corporate catering.
• Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and present customised catering proposals.
• Work closely with chefs and operations to ensure the client vision is executed flawlessly.
• Negotiate and close deals while meeting monthly sales targets.
• Follow up post-event for feedback and potential referrals.
• Maintain CRM records and weekly reporting.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in catering/event sales or hospitality sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passion for food and events with an eye for detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Comfortable working on-field and attending client meetings/events.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Existing network in weddings/corporate event planning circles.
• Experience in luxury catering or hospitality brands.
• Knowledge of Delhi NCR wedding/event venues.
